25 Hours Service Pack
Purchase of a Service provides you with access to I&A Support Desk where one of our consultants will assist you with Consulting Services, Odoo, Essatto or RPA related question, customization, training or advice on best practice. You will have an I&A Support account login and password, ability to log into I&A portal to view details including tickets status and time spent on consulting.
Access to a dedicated account manager
Option to subscribe to a I&A Service Level Agreement (for additional support assurances)
Payments are final and non refundable and expire six months after the payment date.
